Ingredients you need.
100 grams of hemp seeds
5 glass of water
Steps to make hemp seeds milk.
Take the bowl and fill it half with water. (Two Glass Water)
Pour the seeds into the bowl.
Cover the bowl and wait for 12 hours so that hemp seeds soak the water in the bow (Note no need to soak it in water if you have hulled hemp heart "Hemp seeds without shells") Buy here.
Put the soaked seeds in the blender with 2 another 2 glasses of water and blend it till it becomes 100 percent liquid.
Voila now you have the high protein enriched with omega acids milk, you can now serve it in glasses.
Note: Don't boil the milk as it's plant-based milk, Plant-based milk loses its nutrients after boiling.
